Professional indemnity insurance is provided to all undergraduate pharmacy students free of charge under a master policy affected by your local branch of The Pharmacy Guild of Australia (Guild Insurance).

This will automatically provide indemnity for liability incurred as a pharmacy student or pre-registration training graduate involving professional negligence, product liability for goods sold, libel or slander, faulty advice, liability for health fund and collection agencies (excluding insurance agencies), photo finishing or demonstration of health and beauty products.

You will be given an application form in your first weeks of semester one which you must complete and return to the School office.

Undergraduate students will not be permitted to attend any rounds or placements without completing and returning this application form to the School office.
