DO NOT ask lecturers questions regarding examination by email. As you can appreciate, it is extremely time consuming for a lecturer to answer individual emails, and most will refuse. Attend pre-exam tutes and seek answers to queries before the examination by asking lecturers in person.
Final examination results, once ratified by the Committee of Assessors, are processed by the Examinations Department, Student Centre.
Students can download examination timetable information from the UTas website and can also collect final unit results from this site using their student id number as a password. Please note that these results are not available until the release date set by the University and there are NO exceptions. Results cannot be given over the telephone or by e-mail. It is the students responsibility to read all statements in the Notification of Examination Results, as there may be important details included in this notification ie exclusion statements that may require you to respond within a specified date. |

If a student has outstanding fees examination results the University Student Centre will be suppressed. The School cannot release results if the Student Centre has suppressed results.
Results for sem 1 exams may be placed on noticeboards in the department responsible for the unit (ie CSA Pharmacy units may be placed on a noticeboard within Pharmacy).
Copies of complete official academic records can be obtained from Student Centre on request for a nominal fee.
IMPORTANT: It is not possible, nor an acceptable practice to the University, for Schools to release exam results early, or to even indicate supp opportunities to students. Results are released only on UTas official release date. |
