Professional indemnity insurance is provided to you free of charge under a master policy effected by your local branch of the Pharmacy Guild of Australia.

To effect your free professional indemnity insurance you need to complete the registration slip and return this to Gina to mail.

You will NOT be eligible to attend hospital or community placements without having completed and returned the form to Gina. If you have not received a form for your indemnity insurance, please collect one from Gina as soon as possible.
