You are responsible for nominating and maintaining your expected completion details on your enrolment record. Failure to notify the University of your expected completion date will result in your graduation being delayed.
If you have been identified as a potential graduate this semester you will receive written notification from the Graduations Office in early October. At that time, you should also check your Personal Graduation Details on the Graduation Office website.
Are you enrolled in the Integrated Honours program?
Once exam results are released the School will roll over your CoE (code of enrolment) from M3F to M4F. You will graduate with a Bachelor of Pharmacy(Hons).

What you need to do if you are graduating this year
If you are expecting to graduate this year and if by early October you cannot access your personal graduation details and you have not received at letter from the Graduations Office you should contact Gina immediately. Do not leave it until after the examination period as it may be too late to include you in the December ceremonies due to extremely tight deadlines that surround graduation.
All graduation certifications remain provisional until course completions have been finalised ie all units have been successfully completed and all requirements (eg exemptions, work experience, cross-institutional results etc) have been processed. If a unit is not completed, or if you fail a unit or other requirements remain outstanding, you will not be able to graduate.
Also: please check that the venue you are graduating at is Hobart.

Pharmacy Alumni for graduands
You will be asked to join the UTas Alumni in your graduation booklet.
The School has also started a Pharmacy Alumni, which you may have noticed on our website. Please email Gina or write with your contact details after graduation. You do not automatically go on the School Alumni list unless you contact us. This (hopefully) will enable the School to keep in touch and help you keep in touch with each other. Please follow up on this after graduation and keep the contact updated in future years because we don't forget you... and we do like to know what adventures you are up to and where you are!
