CREDIT FOR PREVIOUS STUDY   ORIENTATION

If you are an undergraduate or graduate student seeking credit for previous study, you must complete a credit application form and provide detailed descriptions of units previously studied: include unit outlines. You will then need to consult Gina Hadolt at the School of Pharmacy to determine whether your enrolment details can be changed. Credit application forms can be obtained from the UTas Student Centre, University of Tasmania, Private Bag 45, Hobart Tas 7001 or online. It is adviseable that you forward the completed credit application directly to the School, Private Bag 26, to enable faster evaluation of your application.

Further information regarding prerequisites can be found on the Reenrolment page for current pharmacy students.

UTas Handbook

All students entering the Pharmacy course in 2008 are invited to attend an orientation session in Hobart on Friday 20 February 2009 , beginning at 10am and ending at approximately 12noon in SB.Chem210.LT. The assembly point will be the Chemistry foyer, in the Chemistry Building attached to the Pharmacy Building, University of Tasmania Sandy Bay Campus.

For students from outside Hobart , this visit to the Sandy Bay Campus provides an excellent opportunity to discover the layout of the campus and to finalise accommodation if necessary.

Enquiries may be directed to the Tasmanian School of Pharmacy on (03) 6226 2190.
